C.R. England’s Premier Truck Driving School provides the education and training required to obtain a CDL, Commercial Driver’s License, and drive a truck professionally. At C.R. England, we provide paid, on-the-job training with a professional trainer to those who have successfully completed our driving school and met all the hiring requirements. Training is divided into two phases, which ensures our trainees receive the most comprehensive training in the industry.

Phase 1 CDL Training

CDL training consists of driving with a professional trainer or driving mentor for 150 driving hours, which is approximately one month. Trainers partner with their trainees and are with them each step of the way. They are committed to developing successful truck drivers and provide direction about the options available to professional drivers.

Phase 2 CDL Training

After you’ve completed Phase 1 or 150 hours of driving with a trainer, you will move on to Phase 2 where you will train with a partner who has also completed Phase 1. Trainees will refine their skills and improve their knowledge-base. Phase 2 takes 150 days or 5 months from upgrade. It may also last until the desired position is available.
