C.R. England is proud to announce the hire of Michael Lynch as Senior Military Recruiter. Lynch comes to England with an extensive military background and will be a great asset in promoting CR England’s veteran program. Lynch retired as a Command Sergeant Major in the Army after 30 years, during which he worked with artillery, aviation and spent the last 21 years in Army Recruiting Command.
As Senior Military Recruiter, Lynch will work directly with military personnel to get the word out about England’s one of a kind veteran program. With this program, veterans of the United States Military are able to attend C.R. England’s Premier Truck Driving School for zero tuition with a 9 month employment commitment. England even takes it a step further by guaranteeing their students employment with their company upon successful completion of the school.
By adding a military specific recruiter to their team, CR England hopes to hire more veterans than ever before. When asked what his plans were for his new position and the growth of the veteran’s program, Lynch said “I really want to see this grow. C.R. England is providing veterans with a great opportunity to get their CDL at zero tuition. It’s an ideal way to say thank you to our veterans and I am going to try to bring it to the attention of as many people as I can.”
As part of his new duties, Lynch will be traveling to veteran job fairs and working with both veteran and civilian job services to create a network of veteran employment opportunities. “This is a new program with great potential and I plan to use every tool available to get C.R. England to the veterans,” Lynch said
Through Michael Lynch, C.R. England is hopeful for the future of their veteran program. Providing veterans with a truck driving job is just one way for England to say thank you to those who have served in the military.
