At the beginning I was very apprehensive because of my lack of knowledge in this area, Tim took or class by the hand step by step more understanding came to US, we had a little more confidence, Andy, I can’t say enough about, he made us believe to point of anticipating and a concept career with England and now I eagerly look forward to the next step in advancing. My experience with CR England was a good one for getting me in th frame of mind for what I was about to do. From the training process to management was a good experience for me.
